South Central Human Resource Agency will give out commodities on Thursday, June 18 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Farmers Market Pavilion in Winchester. Those wanting commodities must meet the eligibility income guidelines. Anyone receiving aid from one of the following programs is eligible for USDA commodities: SNAP (formerly known as Food Stamps), Families First, SSI, LIHEAP or proof of residency in Public Housing.
