U.S. Department of Agriculture will distribute commodities Thursday, Dec. 7, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. to eligible area residents on a first come, first serve basis at the Southern Middle Tennessee Pavilion located at 1041 Wilton Circle, Winchester. Eligibility is based on total household income within the income guidelines. Anyone receiving aid from one of the following programs is eligible for USDA commodities: SNAP (formerly known as food stamps), Families First, SSI, LIHEP or have proof of residency in public housing.
