The Huntland High School boys and girls basketball teams traveled to play Grundy County High School Friday with both teams taking a loss.
The Lady Hornets played a back-and-forth game which came down to the wire, but the Lady Jackets got a winning score in the final seconds to give the Lady Hornets a 49-48 loss. With the loss, the Lady Hornets moved to 3-3 on the season.
The Hornets got off to a slow start in their game which put them behind by double-digits early and they were not able to recover in the 65-49 loss. With the loss, the Hornets moved to 0-6 on the season.

Both teams will next play Monday at Coffee County Central High School. Tip-off for the first game is scheduled for 6 p.m.
