Rebelettes go to draw on soccer pitch against Lincoln County

Franklin County’s Gracie Morse moves the ball up the field during a game Thursday against Lincoln County High School. Morse connected with Savannah Wenger on a long pass in the game to set up the lone score for the Rebelettes.
The Franklin County Rebelettes played the Lincoln County High School Lady Falcons to a 1-1 draw at home Thursday.
The Lady Falcons controlled the ball for the majority of the game, but the Rebelettes got the first score with a header by Savannah Wenger midway through the first half.
The Lady Falcons did score seven minutes into the second half to tie the game and the two teams went to a draw from there.
With the draw, the Rebelettes moved to 3-2-1 on the season.

The Rebelettes will next play Tuesday at home against Warren County High School. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m.
