Mother’s Day flower fundraiser
Hospice of the Highland Rim Foundation’s annual Mother’s Day flower drive is underway, with a variety of beautiful arrangements for $20. Orders can be placed now through April 28 and must be paid in full at the time of the order. Pick up flowers May 10-13 at 101 Bragg Circle in Tullahoma. The Cowan Railroad Museum will hold its  2023 annual membership meeting on March 2 at 6 p.m. at the Cowan Center for the Arts, 300 Montgomery St., Cowan. Saint Patrick’s Day
Everyone is invited to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at the South Jackson Performing Arts Center in Tullahoma on March 17 featuring fun for the entire family including a kids’ treasure hunt, Irish food, green beer, a full bar and live entertainment. Food Truck Frenzy
Everyone is invited to Tims Ford State Park, 570 Tims Ford Dr., Winchester, on March 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. to participate in judging food vendors to help decide which food trucks you most want to see at park events this year. Cost to judge the food is $10 per ticket. Enjoy live music and other product vendors as well as a full day of programs at the park’s Nature Center.

The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce will hold its 73rd annual membership award banquet Spring Soiree on March 21 at 5 p.m. at Monterey Station, 104 Monterey St., in Cowan. Franklin County preschool registration
Franklin County preschool applications will be accepted on April 4 from 1-5 p.m. at the school that parents wish their child to attend in the 2023-24 school year. The child must be 4 years old by Aug. 15 to apply. Bring a birth certificate, Social Security card, immunization record and current physical report, proof of residency (utility bill, rent receipt, etc.), proof of income (2022 W-2’s or tax return preferred or last three consecutive pay stubs showing gross income or letter of food-stamp proof.)
