Unitarian Universalist

Rabbi Rami Shapiro will speak on “Atheist Overreach - Can we Hold a Global Ethic Without a Supernatural God?”  Sunday at 10 a.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 3536 New Manchester Hwy. in Tullahoma. Hanging of the Greens

Harris Chapel United Methodist Church will hold their Hanging of the Greens program Sunday at 6:30 p.m. This is a meaningful start to the holiday season with the emphasis on the Christian meaning of Christmas. A soup-and-sandwich potluck will be held at 5:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to either or both of these events. The church is located at 625 Harris Chapel Dr., Estill Springs.

Dec. 4

Tullahoma Sangha

Tullahoma Sangha, a Zen Buddhist meditation and study group, meets each Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Unitarian Universalist Church of Tullahoma.  The service will consist of zazen (meditation), kinhin (walking meditation) and a short lesson and discussion.   Newcomers are welcome. Christmas program

Morton Memorial United Methodist Church in Monteagle welcomes everyone to their traditional Christmas program Dec. 15 at 5 p.m. featuring Appalachian and Southern spiritual music, storytelling and instrumental performances.
