Morton Memorial

Everyone is invited to join in Sunday at 11 a.m. at Morton Memorial United Methodist Church in Monteagle for part two on Methodist Bishop Kenneth L. Carder’s book, “Ministry with the Forgotten: Dementia through a Spiritual Lens.” Pastor Jodi McCullah will look at John 1, which describes when God took on human form in the person of Jesus.  What does it mean for God to be with us and for us as believers, even when we no longer have a memory of God or of being a Christian?

Morton Memorial United Methodist Church in Monteagle welcome everyone to their traditional Christmas program Dec. 15 at 5 p.m. featuring Appalachian and Southern spiritual music, storytelling and instrumental performances.
