Local students on Austin Peay’s dean’s list

Austin Peay State University is proud to recognize more than 2,100 students on the dean’s list for academic achievement during the spring 2021 terms.

Local students earning placement on the dean’s list include: Ilana Cunningham of Estill Springs, Jontae Rice of Winchester, Ashleigh Songer of Winchester and Sonja Hart of Decherd.

Bass named to SNHU dean’s list

Wesley Bass of Huntland has been named to Southern New Hampshire University’s winter 2021 dean’s list.

The winter term runs from January to May. Full-time students who have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 are named to the dean’s list.

Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits; undergraduate day students must earn 12 credits in the fall or spring semesters, and online students must earn 12 credits in either EW1 & EW2, EW3 & EW4, or EW5 & EW6.

Southern New Hampshire University is a private, nonprofit institution with an 88-year history of educating traditional-aged students and working adults.

Uwera named to dean’s list

Elsie Uwera of Sewanee was named to the Hollins University spring 2021 dean’s list.

To attain this distinction, students must earn at least a 3.5 average on a 4.0 grading scale.

Hollins University is located in Roanoke, Virginia.
