Roberta “Bobbie” Frances O’Keefe Fuller, wife of Franklin County Sheriff Tim Fuller, passed away Wednesday at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System-Winchester.
Mrs. Fuller, 65, of Estill Springs was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, on Dec. 1, 1954, to the late Arthur Francis and Ruth Eleanor (Kennedy) O’Keefe.
Before her retirement, Bobbie had been employed as a receptionist at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System-Winchester.
She was an avid Tennessee football fan and enjoyed tailgating with family and friends. She was very involved with the Ladies Group of the National Sheriffs’ Association and several other law enforcement support associations.
Bobbie loved her dogs, Howie Jay and Heidi, but most of all, she cherished her time spent with her precious grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, children Katelyn Fuller (Seth) Isbell of Winchester and Ryan (Jami) Fuller of Estill Springs, grandchildren Hallie Fuller and Neyland Isbell, brother Richard “Barney” O’Keefe of Winchester, sister Patricia “Patty” O’Keefe of Estill Springs, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. on Friday at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Decherd. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Gardens.
