Individuals with the nonprofit New Life organization recently competed in the Spring Games for the regional chapter of the Special Olympics at Tullahoma High School. New Life sent 14 Special Olympics athletes to compete with more than 300 athletes from across the Lower Cumberland region. New Life member George Goff was the flag bearer for the Special Olympics as part of the opening ceremonies. New Life is a nonprofit agency which supports people with intellectual, developmental and other disabilities in the local area as well as providing support for elderly care and other extenuating circumstances.
