Rebelettes held scoreless at Shelbyville Central in loss

 

Franklin County’s Kortney Sells winds up for a pitch during a game Wednesday at Shelbyville Central High School. Sells threw a complete game in the loss and also picked up one of the Rebelettes’ two hits for the game.

The Franklin County Rebelettes lost to the Shelbyville Central High School Golden Eaglettes 3-0 on the road Wednesday for their 16th loss of the season.

 

The Rebelettes were held to two hits in the game and were shut out on the day.

 

With the loss, the Rebelettes fell to 7-16 on the season.

The Rebelettes will next play Thursday in a doubleheader against Lawrence County High School and Moore County High School at home. First pitch is scheduled for 5 p.m.
