Eastlink – on hold indefinitely

Dear Eastlink, you must have more than enough customers because I’ve tried calling 5 times in the last 2 weeks and I can’t get through.  I’ve waited from 43 minutes to 3 hours to no avail.  I tried your CHAT feature twice and got disconnected both times.  I went to the MicMac office today and the lineup was out the door into the mall.

I’m happy to leave you for Purple Cow – if I could just get through to you.  May I suggest the option for a call back; even a call back several days later would be preferable to not getting through at all.  And please change your 10 second ditty.   Hearing it over a 1000 times while I waited today is irritating.
