Kevin’s Market robbed; authorities searching for leads
Law enforcement authorities are searching for a suspect in connection with a late Sunday armed robbery at Kevin’s Market in Winchester.
Winchester police reports said officers were dispatched to Kevin’s Market, 702 David Crockett Hwy., at 11:08 p.m. where a black man, wearing a mask, black-hooded sweatshirt displaying a skull emblem, gray jogging pants and Nike Air Force 1 athletic shoes, was reported to have robbed the establishment and fled the scene.
Reports said the suspect left the store on foot and got into a mid-size, red sport-utility vehicle that was located several businesses down and drove away from the area.
Reports said the Police Department’s Criminal Investigations Division is actively probing into the incident.
