Gospel meeting

The Cowan church of Christ at 104 S. Willow St., Cowan, will host a gospel meeting March 5-9 with Dr. Brad Harrub doing the preaching.  Monday through Thursday services will be at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited

Food distribution

Christ the King Anglican Church, 1231 Cumberland St., Decherd, in association with Feed America First, will distribute food to those in need on a first-come, first-serve basis on March 11 starting at 9 a.m.. Please remain in your vehicle once in the parking lot.

Food distribution

Morton Memorial Church, 322 West Main St., Monteagle, will hold their monthly curbside food distribution March 11 from 8-10 a.m. for all in need. Enter from behind the church. Volunteers will be available to load if needed.

Tullahoma Sangha

Tullahoma Sangha, a Zen Buddhist meditation and study group, meets each Wednesday at 6 p.m. at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Tullahoma, 3536 New Manchester Hwy., Tullahoma.  The service will consist of zazen (meditation), a short lesson and discussion.   Newcomers are welcome to call ahead for a short orientation at 5:45 p.m.  For information, call 931-588-8935.

A Men’s Brotherhood fish fry will be heldon  March 19 at 6 p.m. at First United Church, UCC, 4099 Owl Hollow Road, Belvidere.

Maundy Thursday

A community Maundy Thursday service will be held April 6 at 5:30 p.m. at Cowan Fellowship Church with speaker Rev. Dr. Joe Butler, interim pastor of the Goshen Cumberland Presbyterian Church.  All are welcome.

Good Friday service will be held on April 7 at 5:30 p.m. at Cowan First Baptist Church. All are welcome.

Easter sunrise service

An Easter sunrise service will be held April 9 at 6:30 p.m. at Cowan Montgomery Cemetery with speaker Rev. Bill Welch, pastor of First Church of the Nazarene. All are welcome.
