Reagan James Douglas 

Haley Marie and James “Jamie” Elmore Douglas IV of Winchester proudly announce the birth of their daughter, Reagan James, on Sunday, Jan. 29, 2023, at Southern Tennessee Regional Health System-Winchester.

Reagan weighed in at 6 pounds, 14.5 ounces and measured 19 inches long.

Grandparents are Anne Marie and Barry Couch of Belvidere, Troy and Wendy Hawkersmith of Winchester and James “Jim” Douglas III of Winchester.

Reagan has a sibling, Jackson Dean Douglas.
