STLS hosts spring fashion show
The Southern Tennessee Ladies’ Society’s April meeting featuring a spring fashion show with fashions provided by The Tigress, located at 100 Elk Ave. South, Fayetteville.
STLS members and guests enjoyed a luncheon followed by the fashion show featuring 10 members of the STLS who had fun modeling two lovely outfits each while receiving compliments and approval from their peers.
“This year’s STLS fashion show presented by The Tigress from Fayetteville was a grand success,” member Edith Nunley reports. “The models did a fantastic job sporting their spring attire!”
The next luncheon meeting will be held on May 3 at the Franklin County Country Club starting with a plant sale at 9 a.m. followed by the meeting which will include lunch and the presentation of scholarships to select high school seniors in this area as well as surrounding counties.
The scholarships are the result of the society members’ hard work during their money-making projects such as their wine-tasting event, holiday market and Tablescapes held throughout the year.
This nonprofit organization’s primary goals are to provide educational scholarships while promoting social fun and fellowship.
Meetings are held the first Wednesday of the month. Membership is open to all women, and visitors are always welcome.
