NA meetings

Narcotics Anonymous meetings are held Wednesdays and Saturdays at 7 p.m. at Decherd United Methodist Church, 300 E. Main St., Decherd. Call 866-801-6621.

AlAnon meetings

AlAnon meetings for family members or friends struggling with problem drinkers are held on Thursdays at 7 p.m. at First United Methodist Church, 100 S. Jefferson St., Winchester. In Tullahoma, meetings are held at Serenity House, 313 Collins Ave., Tullahoma, on Mondays at 7 p.m. Call 931-327-2165.

AA meetings

Full Moon Healing Project

Anyone who has experienced any type of abuse such as domestic violence, sexual assault, sex trafficking or who is struggling with mental health issues or substance abuse may attend the Full Moon Healing Project group meetings held each Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Campora Family Resource Center, 900 S. Volunteers sought

Adopt-A-Highway volunteers are needed to clean litter from roadways in Franklin County. Volunteers must be at least 12 years old and commit to cleaning up a TDOT-approved two-mile stretch of roadside each quarter. Routes available for adoption include: David Crockett Parkway West in Winchester, Jump Off Road in Sewanee, and Tullahoma Highway into North Main Street in Estill Springs. Burn advisory

Franklin County Fire Chief Chuck Stines has announced that no burn permits will be issued in Franklin County until the county receives significant rainfall. Please do not burn anything, including leaves, until this drought warning is lifted.

Flu shots

The Franklin County Health Department, located at 266 Joyce Lane in Winchester, is now providing free flu vaccines to the public from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. No appointment is needed.

STLS Holiday Market

Everyone is invited to the Southern Tennessee Ladies’ Society’s Holiday Market Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Franklin County Annex in Winchester. Admission is free to enjoy craft vendors, baked goods and more.

All-Seasons Craft Show

The 11th annual All-Seasons Craft Show will be held Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Townsend Cultural Center, 910 South Shepherd St., Winchester, featuring vendors, food trucks and more. Animal Harbor

Goes Hollywood

Everyone is invited to dress as a favorite movie character and join in for a star-studded fundraising night, “Animal Harbor Goes Hollywood,” on Saturday from 6-9 p.m. at Monterey Station in Cowan. Activities include an exclusive cigar-and-whiskey porch, red-carpet photos, DJ music through the decades, swing-dance demonstrations and fancy food stations. Cost is $65 each, $85 with a T-shirt, $130 for couples or $170 for couples and two T-shirts. VIP tables are $550 for eight tickets and a VIP experience. Proceeds go to Animal Harbor’s mission.

Arts and craft show

St. Barnabas, 110 East Lincoln Street, Tullahoma, welcomes everyone to its Fall into Christmas Arts and Craft Show on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Shop for handmade items and baked goods.

SBCO charitable event

The Sportsmen and Businessmen’s Charitable Organization will host its annual charitable event on Saturday from 5:30-10 p.m. at the Manchester Coffee County Conference Center. The Motowners

Only standard hunting guns will be permitted. Cost is $5 for rounds for turkeys, hams and cash prizes. Bring non-perishable food items to be donated to a local food bank. Concessions will be available.

Memorial dedication

A dedication ceremony will be held on Monday at 1 p.m. for the newly-updated Veterans Memorial located at the Annex building on Dinah Shore Boulevard in Winchester.

Commodity day

The South Central Human Resource Agency will distribute USDA commodities on Wednesday from 9-10:30 a.m. to eligible area residents on a first-come, first-serve basis at 1041 Wilton Circle in Winchester.

Nov. 10-11

Host of Christmas Past

The 31st annual Host of Christmas Past will be held Nov. 10 and Nov. 11 on the Lincoln County Courthouse lawn. Nov. 10 hours are 5-8 p.m. Nov. 11 hours are 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Enjoy carriage rides, a candlelight walking tour, reindeer, street food, a kids’ zone, crafts and entertainment. Most activities are free.

Tis the Season

The second annual Tis the Season will be held in downtown Winchester on Nov. 24 from 3-8 p.m. featuring a performance by HunterGirl, live reindeer and Highland cattle, a live nativity scene, a kid zone, an enchanted tree path with character meet and greets, a Christmas trail and a community treelighting. Events are free. Vendor spaces are available to purchase.

Manchester Christmas Parade

The Manchester Christmas Parade will be held on Nov. 25 at 6:30 p.m. starting on McMinnville Highway in Manchester and ending at Fred Deadman Park in Manchester. The theme is “Christmas at the Movies.”

Town-hall meeting

A town-hall meeting will be held on Nov. 28 at 5:30 p.m. at South Middle School with Dr. Cary Holman providing information on third/fourth-grade retention/promotion.

Nov. 29-Dec. 3

Trees of Christmas

Join in for Christmas fun during Trees of Christmas from Nov. 29 through Dec. 3 at the South Jackson Civic Center, 404 South Jackson Street, Tullahoma. Stroll the halls and exhibit areas of the art center while enjoying Christmas music, hot chocolate, coffees, ciders and baked goods. Christkindlmarkt

This authentic, German-style Christkindlmarkt experience features a 26-foot-tall Christmas tree display, food trucks and vendors.

Holiday Tour of Homes

The Tullahoma Day Care Center’s Holiday Tour of Homes benefit event is Dec. 3 from 1-5 p.m. with a tour of four unique properties along with the South Jackson Performing Arts Center’s Trees of Christmas event and a silent auction from 12:30-5:30 p.m. Ticket are $25 each. A Rudolph Run 5K will be held on Dec. 9 starting at 7:30 a.m. and beginning and ending at Sisk Cleaners’ parking lot in Winchester. Proceeds benefit Animal Harbor. Cost is $35.
