Rebel swimmers open season versus Tullahoma

The Franklin County High School and middle school swim teams competed in a meet Tuesday at home against teams from Tullahoma to begin their season.
The Franklin County swimmers combined for 19 top-three finishes, including six first-place performances, across the meet’s 20 events with competitors from FCHS, North Middle, South Middle and Winchester Christian Academy in action.
In the team standings, the FCHS boys beat Tullahoma High by a score of 42-22 while the Tullahoma girls won their portion of the meet by a 64-19 margin, giving Franklin County a team loss for the day by a combined score of 86-61.
