Hazel Fanning, age 84 of Huntland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 28, 2026, at Bailey Manor. A native of Huntland, she was born on April 3, 1941, to the late Charles and Hannah (Burks) Fanning. She was employed by the US Postal Service for many years. After retirement, she enjoyed crafting and being a vendor at local craft shows. Loyce was a faithful member of Huntland United Methodist Church. She was devoted to her beloved family and cherished their time together. In addition to her parents, Loyce was preceded in death by her loving husband, Otis Arrick; brother, Ronnie Fanning; and sister, Frances Jennings. She is survived by her loving daughter, Starr; son-in-law, Jeff Hill; granddaughters, Brook (Brent) Davis and Brittany (Jon) Doherty; and greatgranddaughters, Madilyn, Henley and Lucy Kate Davis with another sweet greatgranddaughter on the way. She is also survived by her sister, Shirley Dickson; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation was held from 5-8 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2026, at Moore-Cortner Funeral Home. Funeral services were held at 4 p.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, in the chapel of Moore-Cortner Funeral Home with Rev. Rickey Wade officiating. Interment followed in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. STOVALL,Raymond, 75 of Estill Springs, passed on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Visitation was held Wednesday, April 1, 2026, from 12-1 p.m. at Elk River Tabernacle in Winchester with funeral services following at 1 p..m. with Minister Cary Rowe officiating and Elder Chester Stovall, eulogist.
