Rebel swimmers rack up 20 top-five finishes at multi-team meet

The Franklin County High School and middle school swim teams competed in a home meet Tuesday against teams from Coffee County, Lincoln County, Warren County and Cannon County.
The Franklin County swimmers combined for 20 top-five finishes across the meet’s 20 events, including three first-place finishes and 15 placements inside of the top three.
Recording first-place finishes were:
— Damein Tucker, boys 50-yard freestyle, 26.42 seconds

The Franklin County swim teams will next compete on Nov. 28 at Tullahoma High School. The meet is scheduled to begin at 5:30 p.m.
