Garden Club focuses on design in July meeting
For the Franklin County Garden Club’s July meeting, Kathy Rychen of Mt. Juliet presented a program titled “Everything has Potential.”
With an objective to help members improve their floral designs, Rychen demonstrated how everyday items can be incorporated or repurposed into specific designs.
She explained the requirements of each design and thanked members for bringing in materials and cut flowers for the meeting.
Club President Lola Eslick also shared news from The National Gardener publication.
“We had so much fun at the July meeting,” Eslick said.
