FC Middle Rebelettes shut out Warren County in home contest

The Franklin County Middle Rebelettes beat the Warren County Lady Pioneers 1-0 at home Wednesday for their fourth win of the season.
The Rebelettes recorded their fourth shutout of the season on defense and broke a scoreless tie in the second half to keep their record for the year above .500.
Neither team was able to find the net with shots in the first half as the game was tied at 0-0 at halftime.
Molly Moore would give the Rebelettes the lead after the halftime break as she fired a long shot into the net for her eighth goal of the season.
Franklin County’s defense kept the shutout intact from there as the Rebelettes won by one.
With the win, the Rebelettes improved to 4-2 on the season.
They will next play Friday at home against Cascade Middle School. Kickoff is scheduled for 6 p.m.
