Tuesday morning my wife was at the walking park in estill springs when a woman came running towards her in a menacing manner 

my wife told her to stop and back off 

she did and said she wanted to use her phone to call her mother

my wife said no she would call for her 

the woman got mad  and my wife walked away 

This is the same woman that killed her 11 year old and had her 4 year old in her vehicle at this time

All the news stations keep saying she went to coffee country  , but no she was here in Franklin county
