Osmose Utility Services has been contracted by Duck River Electric Membership Corporation to perform utility-pole inspections throughout the DREMC service area.

The inspection process is underway and will involve evaluating every pole on the DREMC system. Osmose Utility Services crews plan to complete pole inspections in the Franklin County area by early January 2024.

Osmose vehicles will display a “DREMC Contractor” magnet, and personnel will have identification badges. Close access to utility poles is necessary to complete the pole inspections and may require Osmose personnel to be on private property. These inspections will take place Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends as needed.
