Class on Genesis

A verse-by-verse class on Genesis will be held at the home of Lanny Moseley with room for 10 adults on Saturdays. Time will be determined. If interested, call Moseley at 931-636-4685 for information.

Food giveaway

Morton Memorial Church, 322 W. Main St., Monteagle, will hold a curbside food distribution on Saturday from 8-10 a.m. at the back of the church for all in need.

July 15

Food giveaway

Christ the King Anglican Church, 1231 Cumberland St., Decherd, in association with Feed America First, will distribute groceries to all in need in the community on July 15 beginning at 9 a.m. on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please remain in vehicles.

VBS

A Vacation Bible School for all ages will be held on July 15 from 9 a.m. to noon at Cowan church of Christ.

July 16

Singing

Huntland Missionary Baptist Church, 306 Alabama Street, Huntland, will hold a singing featuring The Askew Family on July 16 at 10:30 a.m. A meal will follow.

July 22

Hamburger supper

Everyone is invited to Goshen Cumberland Presbyterian Church’s annual hamburger supper on July 22 from 5-7 p.m. at 1262 Williams Cove Road, Winchester. Enjoy grilled burgers, baked beans, chips, homemade ice cream and desserts. Proceeds are for the Cumberland Presbyterian Women’s Ministry.
